Image size issue

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I hope someone can help me figure out this really annoying issue..

I have been constructing a home base website for my nonprofit and I used what I believe to be the portfolio template to create a base for all of my different programs. I have created a logo for each of my programs and I am trying to have it where each logo is the image above each link to the specific program page. When I uploaded my logo for one of programs I was having such a huge issue of the image being super zoomed in to where the full image is not legible. My question is how do I upload the image correctly to where people can see the whole image. I am not formatting it correctly. Do I need to find a different approach? Is the portrait template just not design to show full images? I feel there is something I am missing and I would really love you alls help. Thank you!

Typically it's going to be good to match the images you are uploading to the thumbnail crop you have set for the portfolio page.

If you edit the portfolio section on the portfolio page you can adjust the aspect ratio to match your images (and possibly adjust your images since there are only specific ratios available).

Thank you for your response.

What is the proper image size for the thumbnail crop? Also what is the aspect ratio should I try to change the image to to make sure it works?

I changed the aspect ratio of through Image Editor and still had the cropping happen..

You need to first set the aspect ratio in the page section:
