How to show all available class types and not have to pick one

I offer different class types (group fitness, yoga, etc)

Right now a client has to pick which class they want to book before seeing the schedule. (ie, they have to pick yoga, then they are shown the available classes)
Is there a way to reverse that?
For a client to first see the calendar and then decide which class they want to attend? 

Right now they have to go in, pick all yoga classes they want to book, then go back in and pick the group fitness classes they want to attend. 

The UX is choppy from the client end.
