Video Player Shakes in Safari

I am trying to add videos to my site but having an issue which is a big deal as I do photo/video professionally. The video player on screen controls are shaking constantly even just on static pages with no video playback. When I do play my videos it keeps doing it and it makes it look like there is twitching/shaking in my videos which is awful. I linked a dropbox link to a screen recording of the default video section which does this too, not just my videos.

Edit: Installed Chrome and it is fine there but Safari is still an issue! I and most of my website viewers will be on Mac!

Any help???
