Sold Product Out of stock - Replace with "notify when back in stock" form

Hello,

I am looking to add the following to my website: (see image)

Once a product has sold it displays a sort of newsletter form for customers.

How can this be implemented to my squarespace website? Thank you.

How do I know when someone is signed up to waiting list?

In Commerce > Waitlists, you can view the name of each product variant with a waitlist, the number of signups, and the individual email addresses that are signed up.
