Why do the pages of my site appear in a strange format in Google search?

My Squarespace site pages appear different on Google search, can I correct this through the Squarespace platform or do `Ib need to edit through Google console?

Hi Brad,

A few things you can check to rectify this:

• Ensure your SEO title and description has been filled in. Keep your title 50-60 characters and your description 150-160 characters
• Submit your sitemap on Google Search Console
• Ensure there is at least 300 words on every page
