Align navigation with fluid grid (desktop)

Hi. I'm trying to find a way to align the header-nav with the fluid columns in my content.

Any ideas?

Can you share your website URL so I can understand exactly what you mean? 

Generally speaking, the header doesn't work on columns, but on a flex grid for the left/middle/right boxes, and center aligns the navigation items within the navigation. It may be possible to pseudo align them to the contents below, but it's unlikely to work perfectly.
