MindBody Appointment Widget won't display on 7.0 squarespace

Hi,
The below code is what MindBody gave me. I'm on a 7.0 squarespace template. 
When I try to paste it into the "code" option, in any format (CSS, Javascript, HTML, Markdown) - it just displays as the plain text, and no appointment widget displays.
What can I do to fix this?

Hello! You can add this by adding a code block to the page and pasting that code in. It's HTML so no need to change the setting on the code block. FYI this will only work if you're on the Business Plan or higher.

I realise, it works, but I just can't view it whilst editing.

That's normal, Squarespace doesn't have scripts enabled when editing the page.

Hi - so the widget pops up, but doesn't actually allow us to make bookings. We've checked all the mindbody appointments are available for public viewing.

When I checked your "Book a physiotherapy appointment" page, the form was functional. Admittedly it was slow and wasn't styled particularly well, but they appear to be MindBody issues. I can go through the steps to select an appointment (see below).

If it still isn't working for you, what symptoms are you seeing? Can you share a video? (Loom is great for this).

Which browser/version/device are you using?
