no one can reach me after they submit form

Hi all,

When someone signs up for me on my website. I do not get an email. No one can contact me. I want to see what email is being used.

Did you set the contact email when you set up the form? It's easy to miss.

When you're setting up the form it's under storage and then Email.

I do not know. I cannot find where to add it.
