Not receiving notification emails with my main website email

I'm using a contact form block and want to receive notification emails to info@mydomain.ca. For some reason, I can get notifications to other emails but not this one! I've tried setting up notifications through Google Sheets as well but that doesn't seem to work at all (from what I can tell, this is because the sheet is being populated in a way that Google misses new data and therefore does not know to send a notification). I've tried going into settings to turn on notifications, I've deleted and reinstalled the block; nothing works. Please let me know if you've had the same issue or can offer advice. Thanks!

For the record, I've tried emails with @mydomain.ca, @gmail.ca, and other custom domains and they all work.

A few months ago I changed my email address from a hotmail account to a gmail account. I do not get any of the submitted forms to my gmail account.

They had continued to be sent to my hotmail account, now I am getting nothing. I have sent several test messages without getting them. Can someone please help, this is the only way i have that people contact me
