fatso83 Posted December 5, 2022 Share Posted December 5, 2022 I talked to some agency about 7.0 vs 7.1 and that the API's available in 7.0 has been pulled for 7.1, meaning integrating with external API's are off the table as the Developer mode is gone. Now ... where does that leave the Developer portal? Is that only for 7.0 or are the resources up to date? Link to comment

To be clear, the Squarespace Commerce APIs have not been pulled. They are available today and can be used with any site on an Advanced Commerce plan. Developer Mode is something different. It allows a developer to edit the site template using JSON-T and is only available on Squarespace 7.0. Nothing like this will ever be available on 7.1 as it has been built differently.
