allowing customers to upload a file for there order?

Hi guys, i am trying to figure out how to download a third party app or is squarespace allows somehow for customers to upload a file.  I have a print shop and i want them to be able to upload the sticker file they want printed, so they can choose their quantity and size like ive seen on many other sites.  one example is www.stickerfritz.com   thanks in advance!!

absolutely!  im sorry but where do i go to enter the actual javascript?  are all the directions for that on this page if i just continue down?

I always forget. You need to be on a business plan or higher for this to work because you have to enter stuff in Code Injection.

Hmm, i seem to not be getting the upload file box after adding it to my custom form in a new product, category and all.  i went back to see if this was working on the original product i used it for, when i came here originally asking how to do it and they are still up and running.  Now its just the text, like the coding showing up, see the link for it, choose a shirt size and click add to cart, and you will see it right there,
