Removing "quantity" selector from the cart overview page (already removed from product page)

An essential part of this checkout process is gathering information registrants through a required form assigned to the site's product.  I have removed the quantity field from the product page to indicate that two people registering at once should each "add to cart" aka "register," but at the cart overview page, we still have the quantity drop down which could derail the journey and cause manual work for my client.

What are your thoughts?

You can remove the quantity box from the cart page, but not the checkout page (pictured in your screenshot). Please see my earlier post here:
