Delete old customer orders

Is there a way to delete old orders from years' past?  They are not test orders, but actual customer orders no longer needed.

You can delete test orders, but not genuine customer orders. These remain on record until the site is deleted.

In the Orders panel, select the test order and click Delete test order. This permanently deletes the test order.

There is no way to delete old customer orders? We promise our customers their data will be deleted after 21 days. Accordingly to the Europe’s GDPR rule.  How can we proceed?
