It cannot be removed and it always ends in .squarespace.com. However, that domain is not the one that visitors use. For that you will need to purchase a custom domain like mydomain.com. You can buy one through Squarespace but if you pay for your Squarespace site on an annual billing plan, you can have one custom domain free for the first year. Did this help?
