My own website sucks. Brutal criticism and advice requested. Thank you.

I know our website sucks: https://www.clearcoatmedia.com

We have done the typical thing of building lots of functional websites for clients, but neglecting our own, and not even putting basic things like case studies. So while we have intentions of including that in the next version of the website, we also wanted to ask for a general criticism, comments, and suggestions from the forum community before blowing everything up and rebuilding the website into something we can be proud of. Thank you very much for any help or advice. This is our first time using the forum, so excited to join the community after years of using squarespace.

Here is the website: https://www.clearcoatmedia.com

Looking at the website I don't feel like it very clearly sets out what you do, I realise that it's the first text that you see, but it's very small, your eye gets drawn down to the “Your brand is... text. I also come away thinking what next? There is an address and phone number in the footer, but it's not much of a call to action so I can't imagine you get many people converting from the website. The images and videos are great, but the legibility of the text suffers when overlaid. Personally I'm not a fan of paragraph text being uppercase, I find it's harder to read when small than sentence case text.

I hope those comments help, let me know if you want any other feedback in the future! Good luck!
