Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and can help with this on the YORK Template.

So I've just jumped back on to adding new work to my site. 

When I've added media to the page settings the background should automatically match the background colours but on some of them it is not. (image attached)

Any code wizards out there that could help me add the correct HEX colours to these backgrounds so they match? 

or know how I could solve this issue?

Hi Rachel, I'm also facing the same problem with the project (index) images.
Before, the template used to exactly match the background colour of the index images.
Any solution?

When the Auto color background tweak is enabled, the background color should automatically pull the background color from the featured image but, due to a known bug, this isn't working correctly. I recommend that you contact Squarespace Customer Care directly about this so that they know how many users are affected and prioritise a fix.

Hello, I am having the same issue. Did anyone get around to solving this issue? Customer Care were not help to me.

Same for me. 😕 Support told me it was a known issue they were working on but there's no fix at the moment. Just suggested to look here or that I could switch templates.
