Area Scrolling Option within a Form

Hello,
I have an enrollment form which contains two very lengthy waiver sections followed by checkboxes to consent. These waivers look incredibly long and I am afraid will dissuade individuals from completing the form...

Do you have any methods to shorten these paragraphs? My idea was to have each of these texts inside their own short box with its own scroll bar, so the texts are readable but doesn't take up such a huge space on the form.

Can anyone please help? Thank you! -- Shera

Do you mean the effect like read more and read less button which can show fill/hide some content?
