Changing header icon link to a different page to default homepage

So I've added a splash/landing page to my site, but I don't want the logo link in my header to connect to the splash page, I'd like it to connect to my "home" page. 

Currently /welcome is set to the default homepage, as thats where I want people to be taken when they open my site, but I want my header icon to be linked to /home on both desktop and mobile, so that people an get to my "home" page quickly and easily without having to go through the splash screen every time

I've had a look through forums and tried all the footer injection and CSS but I can't get it to work. Im running 7.1, and I'm unsure on the template I used

Can anyone help me please?

In default, the logo/site title has the href that links to '/'

It means it always direct to you homepage.

Currently, I check that your logo is redirect to another link, have you added any code to change this link?
