mattgreig80 Posted November 25, 2022 Share Posted November 25, 2022 My SSL is active on my website but I am now getting this error, along with all the visitors to my site as I'm dropping new products today (great timing...). What's the deal? Checked squarespace status and doesn't seem to be anything going on there. Why would this happen if my SSL is active? TIA for your help. Matt Link to comment

Your Squarespace site is functioning at matt-greig-antiques.squarespace.com using the built-in Squarespace Domain but the important one - the Primary Domain is not yet connected to mattgreigantiques.com because there are no Squarespace-specific DNS records. Instead, the DNS records are sending users to a different host, and this is why they are seeing the warning. If mattgreigantiques.com is the correct domain name, you'll want to check/configure the DNS entries at DreamHost where the domain name appears to be hosted. mattgreig80 Posted November 25, 2022 Author Share Posted November 25, 2022 Hmm. It's not a new domain and has been connected for years. I haven't done anything new with the domain and everything is still active/connected via DreamHost. Link to comment
