Customising the Product Name with a strikethrough

Hi there -

My website is selling artwork and one of the artist's has named their artwork PLAY // BULLY.  I am using the title of the artworks as the Product Name but there isn't a text editor for Product Names so I presume the only way I can add in the strikethrough is through some custom code. However the only place I can see that code can be added is to the Store page that the products are on. It's just one product that has a strikethrough in the name.

Can someone tell me if it is possible to alter just one product name with code and if so, what that code is!
