Add to Cart Feature: After click to add cart why the website doesn't direct the user to a check-out page?

Hi people. Does anyone know how to automate this process:

I want my users scrolling my homepage, finding the product (added as a product block) and once they click to add the product the website automatically direct them to the check-out of that product. Most of my user doesn't know they need to find the cart icon to finalise the purchase.

Couldn't find anything better. 

Do either of you know how to move the Cart Icon, so it isn't hidden in the bottom right hand corner (sometimes) behind the "cookie message bar"?
