form <title> font not increasing in size

Hey there!
 

I used this custom code in hopes to increase the font size of the form titles (ie, name, email, message) but no matter what # pt I input, the text on the right not budging. Does anyone know what Im missing, and also how to bold the text?

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

  font-size: 25px !important;
}
