Widget added, Text messed up

We added the UserWay accessibility widget to our website and now the text is on top of each other. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I've attached an image of the botched text and a copy of the code. The instructions we followed to add it are here: https://userway.org/blog/html-install/ I am a novice. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It appears that the code you are trying to use is based on bootstrap.

Although the following post is not specific to your code the general issue is the same.
