center text differently in mobile

hello,

i have an image on the left and left-justified text on the right.

looks how i want it to on desktop.

in mobile view i want the left-justified text to be centered vertically with the image above.

possible?

the dashed line represents the centerline of the block of left-justified text

i want to move the block of text to the right so that dashed line lines up with the solid line

if that is not possible i could work with lining the left-justified text up on the dashed line (1)

do you see a solution?
