Neue Haas Grotesk font not displaying

I'm using Neue Haas Grotesk Display, a Squarespace font for the paragraph font. It looks fine on the draft build site in Squarespace (Chrome), but the site replaces the font with an ugly serif font on other browsers such as Safari, Firefox, etc. Any ideas why or how I can be sure these sites fonts display properly across all major browsers?
