Small white line in header image when scrolling

This is a feature called the Scroll Indicator and it is available on Brine-family templates.

It can be an arrow, a line or some text that is added to the first section of an index page to encourage visitors to scroll down.

You can remove the line, or choose one of the other options, in Design > Site Styles. Scroll down and look for the INDEX: SCROLL INDICATOR tweak.
