Remove padding above and below a carousel section (used as a testimonial section)

Hello everyone!

I have been using a carousel without any pictures to display testimonials, but I've run into an issue with large spaces above and below the carousel gallery section. How do I reduce/remove the spacing above and below it? I'll attach a screenshot. website URL: https://www.healthyhive.ca/ the testimonials are at the bottom

Have you tried using the edit section to change the padding of this kind of section?

Hello beyondspace!

Thank you that has helped a lot. I thought I had looked through all those options. Seeing your screenshots helped me tremendously.  I have reduced both top and bottom to 0 now. I still find that space below this testimonial section and the website footer just a bit too large. Would you happen to have any tips on reduce that space above the footer?
