Background image from section below header will not bleed into header 7.1

Hello,

I am trying to make the background image from the section below my header bleed up into the page header. The background image width is set to full bleed.

My site is dockertygardens.com.

Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean by "bleed up"? Can you share a mockup or quick sketch of what you're wanting it to look like?
