How Do I Edit the Name I Gave My Site on the Main SS Dashboard?

If I go to my main SS dashboard, I can see all of the sites I run.

Each site was given a name when I set them up. I didn't realize that that is the name that shows up in the little browser tab when a person is on the site. 

How can I change/edit the name I gave my site on my dashboard?

You can see I have "DOWN DOG" as the name when I would like it to instead be the full name, "Down Dog in the Desert."

Can anyone help?

That is actually done by Editing your website then editing the header section > Site title & Logo 

1. Click Edit in the top-left corner of your site preview.
2. Hover over the header and click Edit Site Header.
3. Click Site Title & Logo.
4. In the Site Title text field, enter a site title.
5. Hover over Done and click Save.
