Pass Order# into a Jotform Link in order confirmation email?

Hi! After an order is placed on my site I send the customer the order confirmation email with a link to a Jotform to provide additional information. 

Currently, I ask them to confirm their order number on the JotForm but would like to have the Order # automatically passed through to the correct field. 

I can generate a pre-fill URL for the form but cannot figure out how to pass the actual order number into the URL dynamically. 

Is there a way to do this?
