Why can't I add a new project to my portfolio page? It keeps loading when I try to add a project...

Hi there,

For the last 2 days I've been trying to add a new project to my portfolio page. There are currently 6 projects live on that page. Every time I click on the + button to add a new project, it just looks like it's loading but doesn't get to the page to add any information. I've tried on Chrome and Microsoft Edge, as well as on my iphone and none of them work. I don't have any broadband issues or issues with any other website or application.

What happens when you click on the "Add a blank project" on that screen? Are you able to duplicate an existing project? 

If that doesn't work, I would recommend contacting Squarespace Support, hopefully they would be able to help you with this technical issue.
