Is there a way to overlay an image on a page so it overlays both the site's header and main content?

There isn't a feature that does this but you should be able to modify the element's position by using some custom CSS to change the 'top' or 'margin-top' values. You may also need to modify the 'z-index' value to layer the element "in front of" the other elements.

For a more specific answer, forum users will need to be able to view the page for themselves, so we'll need a working link to the page. Please see How to Post a Forum Question if you need help doing this.
