Is there a way to overlay an image (logo) on a page with a header?

Is there a way to overlay an image on a page so it overlays both the site's header and main content?

I'm attaching an example of what I'm trying to do.

There isn't a feature that does this but you should be able to modify the element's position by using some custom CSS to change the 'top' or 'margin-top' values. You may also need to modify the 'z-index' value to layer the element "in front of" the other elements.
