Scroll snap and smooth scroll combined

Hi guys,

On my homepage - https://toolex.net I'm trying to add vertical scroll snap and smooth scroll on two pages (home page and "Digitalisering") but can't figure out how to do it properly.

I found some information here: https://web.dev/css-scroll-snap/ but really don't understand if it can be implemented on SQSP and if it can - how?

The screenshots below shows the section id's I would like to target (3 on home page and 1 on "Digitalisering".

Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
