How do I design a non-aligned page?

Hey Community,

I'm trying to design a page that doesn't have a centre alignment of images. Just seeing if there is a way to do this like the image attached so it works on both mobile and web?

If you use SS 7.1 version, just add 2 image blocks + text, then drag them to adjust position.

Then click mobile icon on top right to adjust position on mobile (this won't affect desktop)
