Problem with the bottom area of my blog posts.

I am still learning the ropes of building a site, as well as writing blog posts for photographs that I take, but I need help editing something that appears in every blog post.  At the bottom of every blog post (whether it published or not) there is a small amount of text that I can't remember how to edit.  Do you need screen shots?  Any help would be appreciated.
