Checkboxes and automatic invoices in Stripe and squarespace

Good afternoon, 

i started a member areas. But for now, i´m not very satisfied (mostly because of the built in language, without possibility to change to czech language). 

And now i´m struggling with one more topic, and thats invoices and obligatory checboxes.

What do I need and I dont know how to do it:

When new subscribers sign up, a need them to comfirm something like:

1) I agree with the terms of contidionst

2) I agree with the marketing emails

3) I agree with subscription 99 CZK everymonth

One more thing, i need to make invoices for the subscribers, and the best way for me: it got to be automatical. 

It´s there any way how to do it and set up? That the subscribers will get to his email automatic invoice with the amount and informations about my company, and then again after every payment every month?

And, if its not possible, its there any way how to member areas connect with czech system of managing automatic invoices? I use simpleshop.cz, and they generate automatic invoices, they make order form, and everything its perfect automated (they use other payment services, not only stripe). I use simpleshop.cz for my other online products, but i dont know how to use it for the member areas.
