Help! Can't delete Business Information Banner

It looks like you're using a template from the Montauk-family (Julia, Kent, Montauk, Om). On this template, the business address can be displayed in the header automatically.

To disable this:

1. Go to Design > Site Styles and look for the Header Subtitle tweak (hint: clicking the header subtitle area in the preview window will make this easier to find). 
2. Change the setting from Address to None or Custom (for additional options).
3. Save your changes.
