Social Icons Hidden

My social media icons are visible in edit mode but not visible on my site. I know they are there because when I start clicking the area they should be I get directed to the social media pages. This tells me I most likely accidentally have some css that I added that I should not have. I’ve searched my codes and nothing is standing out to me. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this and/or narrow down the code that I may have used? Or perhaps a code that can undo a code haha. I currently have them in the footer and in the navigation panel. 

Can you share your website URL and where this is happening? Maybe a screenshot to help identify where the social icons are? Thanks!

I'm really sorry, I can't see why this is happening, I can't find anything in the code that would be preventing them from showing up. Can you try adding a new section, and just put a social block in there with nothing else, maybe try a different colour theme?

The interesting thing is I’ve tried that without success.  I reached out to Squarespace and they say it has to do with CSS. But even when change the color scheme it still does this.  A few weeks ago Squarespace had some network error and that’s where I believe my issue began. Ugh thank you for looking though. 

Sorry to be stuck on this. I reached out to Squarespace again and they said it is definitely CSS. I just can’t seem to figure out at which point to start looking. 

Do the social icons appear when you temporarily remove all of the CSS? (Please copy and back up in a text editor before trying this). This will at least tell you if the problem is in Custom CSS.

@Ziggy I removed and put them back and it’s still happening. I haven’t added any code or edited it since I went live in September. I only noticed it was missing recently. It’s almost like I have the font set to white to match the background but I don’t. So strange.

No I don’t see them. They only come back when I go into edit mode but disappear when I hit save. But it I randomly click the area on my website where they are supposed to be it directs me to the social pages. So it’s like they are transparent/ invisible when I look at the live site.
