Creating Image Portfolio Allowing Clients To Choose Selects

Hi all, I want to create a non-linked/hidden page with images of multiple pieces of clothing that I can send to clients. Clients can then choose the pieces they want and are able to send those selects back to me. 

Does this exist within SqSp? I know it exists in photography-specific apps but I'm hoping I can integrate it into my website. I'm guessing I can create a 2nd shop but I'd prefer to not have the items set up as "inventory."

A hidden and password protected page is easy enough to set up, just have the page under "not linked" and add a password in the page settings. 

I don't know of a perfect way to do this, but i would think that a gallery with numbered/labeled images and a form with corresponding numbers/labels in checkboxes would do the job. Add in a name and email field to the form as well and you'll be able to receive that and a list of what's been selected in your email.

@Ziggythat's an option but it doesn't allow for the client to click the image and have that automatically sent to me—they'd have to transcribe their choices to a separate form, which is what I'm trying to avoid. Thanks for the suggestion!
