External widget doesn't fit mobile site

Hi - wondering if anyone can advise.

I have a widget code to embed into our website. It works well on a desktop but not on mobile screens. The provider doesn't have a different code that we can use - is there any way to format it to fit and work?

Hi @HannaW, any embed can be made to fit mobile one way or another. A good embed should be responsive, but many are not. Can you share your website and page this embed is on? Hopefully we can find a solution for you.
