Can you do this in Squarespace?

This is my WordPress site: https://theexperiencepodcast.net . Do you see the dynamic rotating content in the blue thought bubble? Is it possible to do the same thing in Squarespace? If so, could I pay someone to develop it for me?

It depends on the code you will use

With CSS code like Codepen above, if you adjust the class names differently from the SS core code, it usually won't cause any problems for the website.
