Asset Library menu choice not showing up

Hi,

Is there a way to get the Asset Library menu choice to show up?  As you can see from the attached screen grab there is no Asset Library choice in our website.  I have logged out and back in, tried various browsers and PC and Mac but can't seem to get it to show up.  Any ideas what else I can try?
