form submission error message

This message is popping up on the feedback form I've created, the section with the error is the multiple choice answer section and it's preventing the form being submitted. Can anyone advise please?

This is happening to me today and it makes no sense. Can someone help?

Folks please post the URL for a page on your site where we can see your issue. SS has recently updated their forms so there may not be much we can do, except perhaps report some problem edge cases.

A link to the backend of the your site won’t work for us, i.e. a url that contains /config/.

Please set up a site-wide password, if your site is not public and you've not already done so.

Post the password here.

Adding a site-wide password does not allow anyone to alter your site. It only allows those with the password to see your site.

Has Squarespace seriously not fixed this? After a year? Is it a punctuation mark? What is setting this off?

@RyanGahagan @gabrielkram Forum users aren't able to assist with technical issues but, if it helps, I am not seeing any issues with the Survey field on forms. I can add a Survey field and submit the form without seeing this error.

If this isn't working for you, please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly and report it. If they provide you with an explanation, please post it here for the benefit of other users.
