You would add code to the item you want the QR code to go to and then adjust the link accordingly. For example: Sayre you want to jump to something in the middle of the page. Add a code block and enter the following code, replacing nameofitem with your own naming (make sure to keep the quotes when you rename. <div id="nameofitem"></div> Then enter the following url into whatever you are using of the QR code (I use Canva) https://yourdomain.com/#nameofitem That should work.
