how do I keep the title displaced on the grid

would like to keep the grid title (each project name )  displayed without hover over it.

Can you provide a little more information? Website URL? Is this a portfolio page? If so you can change the style in the settings.

In the portfolio section settings, change the layout to Grid - Overlay and Show Text - Before Hover:

No, not the Site Styles, in the portfolio section settings. Edit the page, click Edit Section.
