Problem transferring domain from 123.reg (UK) to Squarespace

Hi I hope I am posting this in the correct group. 

I am trying to transfer a domain I own - bicesterstudios.co.uk - to a soon to be new Squarespace site. I went through the domain transfer process as far as updating the IPS tag to TUCOWS-CA.  However, the transferring process is asking me to review DNS settings; I can't access those on 123.reg as the domain is not showing, presumably due to the IPS tag. Anyone suggest how I can progress from here, as I can't seem to move forward either in Squarespace or 123.reg.

While you wait for the transfer to complete, you can review your domain's DNS settings within Squarespace. It is an optional step.

To do this:

1. Go to Settings > Domains.
2. Click the domain that's pending transfer, then click Review your DNS settings.
3. To delete records you no longer need, click the red trash can.
4. To create a new custom record for your domain, click Add record.
