cafrost
I work for a health center. We have an appointment form on our site for patients or new patients to submit their basic info to receive a call back about setting up an appointment. I've found that this isn't HIPAA compliant and am hoping to find another 3rd party option to use that is compliant. I was planning on using the form and connecting it to our Google Workspace account which is HIPAA compliant. With Squarespace not being compliant, that won't work. What other options have people found? Link to comment

If you need a form for appointments, this may be worth looking at. Note that you'll need the Powerhouse Plan to HIPAA-enable your account. cafrost
Thanks. We aren't wanting to schedule actual appointments. To schedule appointments, new or existing patients need to either call to schedule or fill out our online form to receive a call back from our scheduling department. Looks like Squarespace Scheduling is really more for the actual scheduling side of things. We have a Google Workspace that is HIPAA compliant which is how we were going to track our form requests. We can use the Google form and embed it into our Squarespace page. I was just hoping to use the Squarespace platform for continuity on our site. Link to comment
