All-Caps on Navigation Folder Item in Mobile

Hi all,

Am trying to figure out the CSS to force the links in my client's nav bar folders to be all-caps in mobile.  I'd like it to stay lowercase on desktop. 

Have tried editing a few solutions for similar issues but have struck out.  Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks, @Ziggy.  This unfortunately didn't work (I tried the same code on the site as well before coming on here).  Not sure why it's not as it looks like it should!  Thank you for taking a stab at it.
