Can I add an upload button for people to attach and send their resume to the email or through a form.

I am creating a form as a job application. I would like to have a way they can also attach a pdf or word doc and send their resume with it. Is there a work around for this, that I can use and make it happen? Or can I add a separate attach/mail section below the application?  Thanks
