Mandle Posted November 7, 2022 Share Posted November 7, 2022 We work with 100+ clients on Squarespace, and in the past few weeks, we've noticed a huge uptick in emails asking us to extending Squarespace scheduling trials on client sites that definitely don't have/need scheduling. The first two were odd but I discounted them as one-offs. They've kept rolling through, and we picked up another three over the weekend. It's possible the clients are accidentally enabling a Scheduling trial, but it seems odd for ten or so of them to have done so within a week or two of each other, when it's never happened before. Also, oddly enough, sometimes the trial extension email includes the site name, other times it just includes the email address associated with our master Squarespace account. Is anyone else experiencing this? Was there maybe a "try scheduling!" popup recently that clients might have clicked out of curiosity? Link to comment
